Junior Mavericks Running Club offers multiple ways to experience the joy of running.  We have a competitive USATF team that trains throughout three session per year in cross county and track & field events.  We run after-school elementary enrichment programs in several North County school districts.  We coach middle school athletes from all over North San Diego County; Del Mar to Oceanside. We coach at local high schools including Carlsbad, Sage Creek, La Costa Canyon.  Our Head Coach is currently the Head Coach at Carlsbad High School. Several of the athletes competed with her since elementary school.  Our principle is based on S.M.A.R.T.E.R. training that offers fun, sportsmanship, fitness, skill and success for youth athletes.
