Work with coaches every session starting with dynamic stretching, then focusing on various strategies for racing, competing or fitness in general. Some athletes prefer to work out with the team for fun or to prepare for other competitive sports. We cater to USATF Junior Olympians as well as kids who prefer to have fun while staying fit! Many of our former athletes have become NCAA college athletes and they return over summer to mentor our youth athletes. When our youth athletes work with the college athletes the experience is priceless.
We put our training to the test by offering a variety of race opportunities throughout the season for our athletes in track or cross country. Our athletes are given the chance to qualify for USATF Junior Olympics at the National level or Nike Outdoor National Track meet. In 2023 we sent 7 athletes to Nike Nationals. We also train for community 5K races or all comers track meets as well as volunteer at a water station in one of our community races once a year.
