Training Sessions

Weekly Practices

Work with coaches every session starting with dynamic stretching, then focusing on various strategies for racing, competing or just keeping in shape.  Some athletes prefer to work out with the team for fun.  We cater to USATF Junior Olympians as well as kids who prefer to have fun while staying fit! Some of our  former athletes are  NCAA college runners and they return every summer to work with our students. Working with these D1 athletes  is priceless.

Race Day Events

Whether it's fall cross country or spring track season, we put our training to the test by offering a variety of race opportunities throughout the season for our athletes.  Our athletes are  given the chance to qualify for USATF Junior Olympics at the National level.  We also train for local community 5K races or all comers track meets.
